I wanted to thank you so much for the excellent job that you and your associates did on lifting my 37' eleven ton keeled sailboat, the "Sea Opal", from the bottom of Mill Creek. We were faced with a challenging situation. Besides this big boat having sunk, it was the Christmas Holiday weekend and very cold as well.

You were very helpful in making suggestions as to what to do with the vessel once it was floating. You also directed me to the possible scenarios once the boat was up and were always very positive and patient with me even when I was unsure of what decisions to make from the possible choices. I appreciate the real concern that you had for what I considered to be a very emotional situation. What is most important to me is that you said what you would do and when and then you did it very smoothly and professionally including cleaning up the boat yard of any debris that you caused during the process.

Your willingness to be in frequent communication with me certainly helped to make everything work. Again, thank you for taking a really painful experience, doing it professionally and with a great deal of ease.

Dave responded rapidly when the diver I had initially set up to do the work left me stranded for the second time. Instead of being put on a schedule at least a week out, he was working on my boat Friday after being contacted Wednesday. His work is professional, speedy, and reasonable.

I had him do a partial bottom cleaning (scattered barnacle areas on the hull, gear, and tabs) replace 2 hull and 2 shaft zincs, and R&R 2 propellers on my 44’ Midnight Lace. I’ll definitely use Dave and Annapolis Diving again in the future.
